R410 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the r410 platform, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and consent to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the r410 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and r410 ("Platform"). The Platform reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
The r410 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Registration and use by minors are strictly prohibited.
Account Creation & Information Security
To access the full suite of r410 services, you are required to register a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. r410 reserves the right to deactivate or terminate any account found to contain false or misleading information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact the r410 support team immediately.
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account.
- Sharing your account with any other party is strictly prohibited.
- Using your account for illegal purposes or fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination.
- R410 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time it deems necessary.
User Responsibilities & Conduct
As a user of the r410 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are not permitted to:
- Using any software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to access or interact with the platform without prior written permission.
- Attempting to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the platform's servers or databases.
- Distributing content that is threatening, defamatory, infringing on copyright, or otherwise unlawful.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activities.
- Creating fake accounts, impersonating another individual, or providing false personal information.
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account termination, and r410 reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against users who breach these terms.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on the r410 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via available payment methods, including online banking transfers, e-wallets, and other methods listed on the platform from time to time.
R410 is not liable for any delays, failures, or errors arising from technical issues on the part of third-party payment service providers. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information entered is accurate and complete.
- Processed deposits cannot be reversed except under circumstances specified by the platform's policy.
- Withdrawals are subject to the minimum limits and processing times set by r410.
- R410 reserves the right to withhold payments for the purposes of identity verification or investigation of suspicious activity.
- Any attempted transaction fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- All fees and charges associated with a transaction will be clearly disclosed to the user before the transaction is completed.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

R410 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or data loss. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. r410 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or business disruption.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the r410 platform are the exclusive property of r410 or its respective third-party licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, or use any platform content without express written permission from r410.
Third-Party Links
The r410 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only. r410 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at your own risk.
Account Suspension, Terms Changes & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
R410 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or immediately terminate a user's account without prior notice if the user breaches any terms set out in this document, engages in fraudulent activity, or acts in a manner that compromises the security or integrity of the platform. In such cases, any remaining credit balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation.
Users may also request to close their own account by contacting the r410 support team. Account closures initiated by the user will be processed within the timeframe set by the platform.
Changes to Terms
R410 reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the r410 platform shall be resolved through the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
